I gifted my daughter and her partner a 2 night stay to celebrate her 30th birthday. They loved the peace and quiet of the cottage, it was beautifully clean and they spent plenty of time in the hot tub with the lovely view. I chose to have the cottage decorated for my daughter's arrival and Eleanor even kindly picked up an alcohol free bottle of wine ready for their arrival. They had the best time and my son-in-law even proposed on her birthday! Thankyou so much for making their special day perfect.

The cottage had everything we needed for a short stay. The welcome basket was a nice added touch from the host. We had a lovely meal at The Dinorben Arms (5 minute drive away) and would definitely recommend! We had an issue with our hot tub on the first night, which the host quickly rectified and allowed us to use the one in the vacant property next door for the time being. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We felt the seating area in the living room needed a double couch rather than 2 separate chairs, to make it more comfortable and intimate (just our preference).

"Lovely relaxing break in a cosy lodge."

Brilliant hot tub overlooking the fields. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent.

Downstairs television could do with being updated, as many of the apps didn’t work and we had to request for an extension cable to use our Amazon stick downstairs due to limited plug sockets, but the host was very accommodating and provided us with an extension lead in the evening.
