Spacious and Elegant 2BR @ The Empyreal Epicentrum Kuningan Apartment

After booking this property, I noticed that there was no reply to my communications re late check in information. When we landed, we phoned the host and was told the host wanted to call us back on WhatsApp which did not occur. We tried many times to phone the host again and our calls went unanswered. Our agent also tried and did not get a response. Many hours after sitting in the foyer without air conditioning we checked into the hotel next door as we desperately needed to sleep. My recommendation for those booking with this host. - book early - if there is no communication re checkin instructions (which is meant to be sent 24 hrs after booking), cancel and find other accommodation - make sure you speak the local language when phoning the host - don’t agree to the host’s request to phone you back on WhatsApp Good luck with this apartment which looks good in the photos but I can’t verify as I never saw what it looked like inside!
