Stay away from this place. The address and phone number they give are useless, so you may never find it. My taxi driver and I couldn't find it despite looking for an hour. We finally gave up. I sent a message to cancel but they charged me anyway. I requested a refund and they refused. Of all the places I stayed at in Peru, this is the only one I regretted.

Luz was very nice and accommodating. We pre-arranged to arrive around midnight for a small fee, and received us with a big smile as if it were 12 noon. She was friendly, kind and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We were a group of 4.

this place is amazing!!! super clean, super cheap, great bang for your buck for-sure. amazing view ofrom the balcony. amazing kitchen, even a washing machine (for clothes) with soap. numerous bathrooms, big TV with Netflix. super close to everything, right beside a supermarket that is open late. good local restaurants walking distance.

it was a little tricky to find.. but if you message the owner as soon as you make the booking, she will help you find your way to arrive! check in was quite late in the evening (4pm) but the place is well worth it!! so cheap for such a nice place :)

Facilities are really good, clean and comfortable with proper light and on the top part of the building.

The host charges you 100 EURO as a deposit fee and I don't know when it will show back that it is returned in my account. It was really problematic. It didn't show while booking, just noticed automatically being charged when I paid the actual fee of staying. The payment system they have is not trustworthy and transparent. Although I liked pretty much everything, I didn't like the system that is why I preferred to give them overall 4 rating but 10 for others facilities. However, thanks, the host is quite good. If only the host's intention is bad, you get digitally robbed !!! The host can access your card and can charge whatever she wants. It is like you don't have authority to allow how much to pay, but it is the host who decides how much to take from your card. It is completely illegal. If you feel anything suspicious you should immediately report to booking.com. Personally, I think she does not have ill intention. Host should improve this ASAP.
