Smart Large Room with disabled facilities Idealy Located near Doncaster - Rotherham -Sheffield

The room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable. The upstairs shower room was good. The kitchen was well equipped. The price was very good.

The kitchen was lacking in one essential, there was no cutlery as far as I could see. The network equipment in the box beneath the television was noisy enough at night to make it difficult to sleep. The doors and locks stick. Getting out of my room was a bit difficult until I learned the knack of how to manipulate the key. I presume things will get better as the work progresses and the landlord seems quite responsive.

Great value for money. Well equipped. Clearly still an incomplete work in progress, but will be excellent when finished.

Spacious, comfortable clean bed. Shower was excellent (upstairs) Well equipped kitchen ( however I couldn't find any cutlery)

Communication was lacking around Keys ( where to leave them) ie locking front door No information on the how to use the TV ,I was unable to use it I couldn't find any cutlery in the kitchen No lock on the downstairs bathroom A camera aimed at the bed ,covered with tape but raised concerns as a lone female. Car parkin wasn't ideal A work in progress and will be much improved when completed

Large room, clean, comfortable bed. Great price.

Difficult to find in the dark; no house number on the front of the property, wasn't sure if I was in the right place or not, thought I could just be walking into somebody's house uninvited. Little to no security, all doors were open.
