It was an easy walk to town to look at shops and restaurants.

The pool bar frequently closed early and we were not able to use it.

Xaman-Ha is a beautiful property, walkable to town, quiet, clean beach.

Wi-fi is spotty in bedrooms but guests in other units confirmed that was the norm. Nice concrete building probably the reason.

The location is great, The property, pool, beach access, and the staff were all great. The guests we met here were really nice and welcoming. Would love to return to this location.

The unit we stayed in was in dire need to be renovated. You can tell it's original. I know they are privately owned. So, in speaking with others, they told us their units we are more up to date. I would never stay in the unit again. The property is great. The unit was very disappointing.

Great location, close to 5th and 10th Avenue but away from all the crazy inside a gated community. The building pool area and beach in front is amazing - worth staying just for this. Bed was large and comfortable. Host provided drinking water for our stay.

Apartment is very old and rundown, looks like never been renovated. Towels are old. Being ground floor apartment there were a few cockroaches at night.

"Perfect place!!"

A perfect, beautiful place right on the beach. 5' walk from 5th avenue without the terrible crowd and noice. Clean compound, during daytime a poolbar with a super friendly bar-lady. We will definitely go back!

"A lovely stay."

Good location, on the beachfront. Free car parking, easy to walk to Quinta Avenida area with many restaurants and shops. Quiet and clean pool area with a bar and plenty of sunloungers. The apartment was spacious, clean and had good WiFi.

The sofa bed was on the small side for 2 teens to share.

The complex is excellent. The location is perfect - right between the most beautiful part of the beach (Playacar) and the busy heart of the town, next to the ferry terminal and the bus station. Easy check in and check out. Responsive host. Spacey and comfortable apartment. Good price to value ratio.
