Luxurious City Retreat Balcony & Pool Access

Die Lage ist perfekt mit grandioser Aussicht. Gute Ausstattung,aber nichts besonderes. Leider waren weder flüssige Handseife noch Spülmittel vorhanden, bzw.nicht aufgefüllt. Kann man bei dem genannten Standart erwarten ! Ebenso gehören zum "Standart" für zwei Personen, 2 große und ein kleines Handtuch !?! Der Check in war gut beschrieben und unkompliziert. Gemütliches Bett !

Das Appartement ist sehr gross, sauber mit einem sehr schönen Balkon mit Sicht über Luxembourg. Die Möglichkeit im hauseignenen Pool zu baden fanden wir gerade bei der Hitze sehr erholsam.

Die Anfahrt und die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Kasten waren umständlich. Wir irrten 1h im Parkhaus und in dem Einkaufszentrum herum, bis wir wussten wie es funktioniert. Das man sich erst über eine Webseite einloggen muss und dann 2 Videos anschauen muss bis man weiss wo und wie man ins Appartement kommt, war ehrlich gesagt mühsam. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr grosszügig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Fernsicht auf die Stadt ist sehr schön.

A little problematic key handover and takeover - not received door code and the PIN for the key box opening. There was only one small toilet paper role in the flat.

Comfortable apartment.

Parking was not private but public, although it was advertised as having private parking. They request that you complete their private booking and post photos of your IDs over the network, which is unacceptable. You need to request private parking 24 hours in advance. They expect you to read their website with all the details, even if you book on the way.
