Lakeside Retreat

The views and the location were perfect and really worth the travel up from Menaggio. The balcony was our favourite place to relax

There was a real damp smell in the apartment particularly in the main bedroom which actually stuck on my partners chest. The place was a bit worn damp on ceilings, rip in couch, stains and dirt on outdoor cushions

Stunning location just out of town, I would highly recommend this as a venue for travellers and would gladly return to visit.

There is nothing to dislike, it's idyllic in all aspects.

I will stay there next time. The view on the Como Lake is just beautiful.

Light in the badroom, it was not enough.

The view was very pretty

There was black mould on the ceilings of two rooms and around the windows. There was a very unpleasant damp smell. The sofas were stained. There were soiled bed sheets, pen and body hair in the bedding. The ventilation system was full of dust. The property refused to give a full refund even though we refused to stay at the property. The property was almost impossible to contact.

Fantastic outdoor area with outstanding view of the lake and the mountains. Clean apartment. Comfortable furnished.

Location

The sofa had stains, it wasn’t clean. No shampoo, I expected it to have this.
