The host, how I rented a unit and gave it to someone else.
USHost was flexible as our flight was several hours delayed. In general, host was responsive. The AC worked well. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, convenient stores, services, and the "Mactan Shrine" were within walking distance.
Furniture and bed were low to the ground - difficult if you have back issues. The WiFi didn't always work. It took about 35-45 minutes to get there from the airport due to traffic, not very convenient if you are tired from a long journey.
AUThe staff at reception were rude to my fiance! She arrived before me and when she asked to check in, they told her, her name was not on the reservation, so she told them my name and they said it wasn't either! After I spoke to someone and worked it out, she didn't want to go back in, from feeling embarrassed!

Despite answering an email giving the time I'd be arriving, we kept waiting more than 1 hour just to get into the apartment. But cleaner turned up before checkout time to take the laundry! WIFI was almost unusable
PHIts a very good location, love the views, just nearby shops and good foods nearby, staff helpfull All in all for us is perfect 😍 We enjoyed our stay!!!
