The property manager Ria was amazing and accommodating! The apartment is well secured and all security guards were friendly. The apartment was neat, cozy and well equipped and its located quite close to the 2 main largest shopping centres in Fairview which was convinient! Will definetly be booking again when we head back to visit Philippines!

The cockroach was everywhere in the room. The space was too little for me, and there was no parking. It is very uncomfortable and hassle because there is no proper welcoming for arrival guests. It was like a self-service. I didn't enjoy the place sorry.

"Superb"

I like how the staff named Boleng who assisted us in our stay in our room 123 at Tower 6. She constantly communicate with us if there's more she can help us of anything. She definitely gave us that extra feeling of being "homey" in our second home.

I just spot some small cockroaches in the area of the building. I think the administrator/ management should look further on that so as to attract more visitors to come and stay more on the condotel.
