"Never Booking with them Again"

I love the location and apartment complex as a whole. The pool and gym are lovely.

The people I rented from cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. I didn’t find out my reservation was cancelled until I arrived. They said they reached out on WhatsApp instead of just messaging me directly through this Booking app. I was extremely displeased with the way things were handled. The apartment had no hot water in the shower and the AC was not working properly. Would not book with them again.
