It looked modern and clean. Great location.

When we arrived it was freezing cold. We have a hive system at home so was easy for us to turn the heating on but took till the next day to warm up even if set at 22 degrees. Would recommend instructions as someone who doesn't have that system might not know how to use it. We tried to use the oven. It turned on but didn't heat up. Also would recommend providing tongs. The water temperature was OK, didn't get very hot though

The location

The flat is on the top floor up a flight of very steep stairs that are also narrow at the top. We struggled with our luggage going up and coming down the stairs.
