The apartment was very clean, had modern furniture, and decent AC. The beds are very confortable. The location is as described, near Marjane, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you'd rather not drive. There's also a secured underground parking. The access to the rest of the city is very easy but you'll need a car/taxi to go to the beach.
