Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile e disponibile in tutto. La posizione buona.

E un seminterrato con una piccola finestra e questo non era menzionato l odore era molto persistente e con bambini nn è proprio ideale. C è solo una stufetta ma era molto umido insomma da migliorare tante cose.

La ubicación es muy buena y el anfitrión encantador.

Es un bajo con humedad, un dormitorio sin ventilación, techo muy bajos, si mides más de 1,85 no es idoneo.

"Apartament ben ubicat i amb tot lo necessari."

Apartament molt ben ubicat a pocs metres de l'estació de Metro Avenida i d'un supermercat Aldi. Disposa de 2 habitacions dobles, sala d'estar, bany amb dutxa i cuina totalment equipada. Hem passat una molt bona estada a Lisboa.

L'únic inconvenient ha sigut el soroll del pis de dalt, es sentien passes, un nen plorar, gent parlant...

Great location and Carlos was an excellent host. The apartment was old but well maintained and clean. We would certainly stay there again. Thankyou

It was of its time. We are all well over 190cms so the kitchen roof was too low for us. This is more a problem for us than a complaint about the apartment

"Prachtig compleet appartement op n centrale ligging"

Een mooi appartement op een unieke lokatie in het centrum en dichtbij metrostation Avenida. Het appartement was ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden en zeer schoon/netjes. Maar ook compleet met meer dan voldoende bestek en servies, ventilatoren, maar ook extra dekens, een föhn en een nespresso koffiezetapparaat.

Niets! We werden allerhartelijkst welkom geheten, ook al waren we later dan afgesproken en vonden het appartement zelfs mooier dan de foto's.
