The ice machine worked

The floor was coming up all over. Extreme tripping hazard. The interior trim appeared to be eaten by termites. The heater didn't work and the room was freezing. No real redeeming qualities.

The shower was broken and the shower drain was blocked and it was very unpleasant I guess it is because of the inadequate maintenance they give it!
