Fantastic place! This was my second stay here—and definitely not the last. I travel often for work, and the location is super convenient. The room is perfect, the bed is super comfy, and Pauline is incredibly friendly and responsive. She even offers to drop you off at the station if needed. Absolute bargain!

This little Gem is best summed up: Clean, Comfortable & Quiet. The back bedroom I stayed in opens up to a cul de sac and a yard area. Like zero traffic. No barking neighbor dogs. One can unwind here. Pauline is a very kind, and accommodating host. The bed was comfy, towel provided was clean and large, and the kitchen was available, overall I haven't a single thing to suggest or otherwise modify. If this is in your proximity, it's a solid choice.

The location was perfect—just a few minutes from my office. The cost was very reasonable; for two nights, I paid less than I would for a hotel room. Pauline was a fantastic host. She made an amazing breakfast, and I was lucky enough to try her delicious Victoria sponge. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Pauline is a magnificent hostess and nothing is too much trouble. Her breakfasts are amazing and the whole experience has been really relaxing and just what I needed, but wasn't expecting. I'll definitely be returning if I find myself out this way again. Worth every penny. Thank you Pauline for an absolutely amazing stay 😊

Brecky was lovely. fresh cooked and warm. Room wsa clean tidy and most of all quiet. Host was very pleasant and accomodating
