NZNZThe kitchen, shower and toilet facilities were of very good quality and the ambience of the half-in/half-out living area was excellent. Tastefully designed and wonderful views of the bush above....BUT..
......the impossibility of cutting off the exposure to the wind (reading materials fluttering) and to the sandflies biting us whilst cooking and eating dinner, and thereafter (unless we shut ourselves in the bedroom) sadly offset all those good things.

Right by the sea does mean sand flies but they supplied lots of bug spray and other deterrents
NZsauna and plunge pool was great. so close to beach for walks. private everything you needed was there.
NZCouldn't fault it wasn't just accomodation it was an experience. Was wonderful to relax and spend time in comfort whilst still being able to experience nature
NZIt was quite difficult to find then had to get a neighbour to help us get in. Sign posting would be helpful
It would be very difficult to stay there if it rained as all the amenites woulkd be a walk in the rain to get to
NLWhen we first entered the garden we were pleasantly surprised how spacious it was. You enjoy real privacy in the gatden en well equiped large kitchen. At night when the garden lights are on it is really enjoyable to use sauna and listen to the sounds coming from sea. Very romantic.
As name indicate and pictures show the room is a bit tiny, bit this is more than compensated by the other nice facilities, the kitchen, outdoor shower etc.
DENZGreat location and hear the sea. Beautiful sun sets, cloud or not. Sauna and cold plunge pool did the trick. :-)
Mozzies a bit friendly but hey that's The Coast.
