Zentrumnah.
Beim Bezug war die Wohnung nicht geräumt. Küche war verschmutzt, Boden war nicht gewischt, Kühlschrank war verschmutzt, kaputte Gardine stand in der Ecke. Das alles war in ca. einer Stunde vom Personal erledigt, trotzdem sehr ärgerlich gewesen.
