Lavish Central Whitby Abode - Garden Terrace

The location was great, ok facilities.

Outside heater not working, when messaged for advice told to send pictures to a link. No attempt to come and fix. When looking at the heater pulled out the outside sofa to find a used vape and a handful of hair. Very noisy as you are in centre of Whitby and the windows are old and do not keep out noise. You had to put a £200 security deposit down, and have to wait almost 2 weeks to get it back (actually still haven't received this back). Also, Pass the property may have a 'glitch' on their system and access your bank account without authorization and take a further £200 out and only pay it back when you call up and speak to someone. If you do put a complaint in to either pass the property, don't expect a reply... Rude!

Location was amazing. Heating was good, lovely to have a garden, loved that it was 2 double beds and not a room of 2 single beds

General Cleaning and cutlery needed to be better standard and decorating needs more attention to detail. Back door handle was broken/loose, however it was very quick communication with the owner/company but was not fixed whilst we were there so got worried about using the door incase the handle came off. Can be very noisy from the pub opposite. Recommend bedding to be next size up as it's not the biggest duvet for 2 people in the bed. Garden smelt like dog wee on the fake grass also.
