Bardzo piękny ciekawie i niespotykanie urządzony kameralny hotel, czysty, świeży, nowy. Bardzo uprzejma i miła obsługa. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżka. Przestronna kabina prysznicowa.Ładne kosmetyki w dozownikach. Mydło , szampon, odżywka ,balsam do ciała. Bardzo duży pokój. Lodówka, zestaw do kawy i herbaty. Klimatyzacja świetna, cicha. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Basen ładny, duży, sporo leżaków i leżanek. Wszystkie pokoje skierowane na basen. Ręczniki na basen bezpłatne. Możliwość bezpłatnego korzystania z basenu na dachu i siłowni w hotelu obok należącym do tego samego właściciela. Plaża cudowna kilka kroków dalej, z pięknym piaskiem ale bardzo wietrznie o czym wiedzieliśmy. Blisko do starego miasta. Niesamowity widok na Wybrzeże Afryki. Parking bezpłatny. Polecam.

Bardzo gorąca woda w kranach - należało uważać przy regulacji aby się nie oparzyć. Przydałby się bidet. Mało komfortowa była umywalka w części pokoju zamiast w części łazienki i brak lustra w części łazienki. Przydałby się chociaż haczyki lub mała półeczka na własne kosmetyki pod prysznic. Nie były to duże problemy dla nas.

Imagine spending part of your vacation dealing with a flooded hotel room, only to be told afterward that the only compensation offered is a future room upgrade you'll likely never be able to use. My husband and I stayed in Room 106 at Hotel Event Tarifa from May 28 to May 30. During our stay, a blocked drain caused water to flood approximately half the room. My dress for dinner out became soaked and unusable until cleaned, and we spent more than an hour while maintenance and housekeeping worked to clear the blockage and remove the water, missing our dinner reservation To their credit, the staff responded once the problem was reported. My disappointment is with how management handled the situation afterward. The front desk informed us that management approval would be needed for compensation and that someone would follow up regarding a credit. After returning home to the United States, I contacted the hotel and received a response from management acknowledging the incident and apologizing for the disruption. However, despite admitting that the flooding occurred and impacted our stay, the hotel refused to offer any refund or credit. Instead, they offered a complimentary room upgrade on a future visit. Since I live in the United States and have no plans to return to Tarifa, this offer has little practical value. Maintenance issues can happen at any hotel. What matters is how management responds when they do. In this case, the hotel acknowledged the problem but declined to provide any meaningful compensation. Based on both the flooding incident and management's response, I would not stay here again.
