Super location, clean, spacious, just downstairs bars, restaurants.. nice ones.

Location and interior of the property were fantastic!

You should atleast leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper and have refillable bottles of soap, body wash, shampoo etc.. not sachet type soap and shampoo. There are packs you can buy that have sponge, cloth and dishwashing tablets..and bathroom amenities to offer your guests. Would make the experience much better! The WiFi was nonexistent - someone tried to fix it and it still didn’t work. If you need WiFi for your trip - do not stay here. Also 3 flights of stairs and no lift might be an issue for some people. I had help but it would have been a bit of a struggle.

Spacious,location

No internet connection.The wifi didn’t connect to the internet all the time we stayed.The administrator of the house didn’t bother to contact to my call and messages.Replied next day that would come and check but with no specific time.We had to visit the area so we didn’t see him and definitely we didn’t have internet at all the time of our trip to Como.Another thing was that the apartment was located on a crowded square so there was noise until early in the morning despite the good aluminium windows.

Perfect location, lovely streets just down below you. Near the train station and water.

The only thing we didn't like was that the hand towels where dirty and smelled musty. We didn't mind, we were just staying two nights and didn't use the hand towels. I don't know how the cleaning could miss that?
