gets a little loud in the evening but you are in a main square so was expected.

Spacious room including nice kitchen and living room area. Excellent location at Piazza A. Volta. Quick service on the few issues we had on the room which was great. Everything was corrected in a speedy way. Luggage storage on day of departure is as well convenient.

There was a smell in the staircase of the appartement house. I guess in the carpet which was not really nice. Everything else was fine and as expected.

Fabulous location right on the piazza. Beautifully designed with modern feel and lots of natural light and views. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay again if we come back to Como.

The decor and design of the apartment was really great...modern and newly renovated. The bathroom/shower was the largest we had while in Italy so that was a plus. It had every amenity that you might want and was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and it was easy to close the shutters to sleep in. Perfect AC and lighting. Had usb charging next to both sides of the bed...AND a charging spot on the counter. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT and missed by so many places. Why do we have to hunt for a spot to plug our phone in next to the bed..even in higher end hotels? There was a place to open your luggage (off the floor) and hang a few things up for 2 different people....that is also very hard to find and was very well done in this apartment. If you are thinking that you want to stay in a small quaint town on the lake, this isn't it. This is a bigger town and it doesn't have a view of the lake but you have a view of a bustling city square, which is really nice....and the hills/mountains beyond. It is just a few blocks from the city harbor and fantastic views of the lake. We thought since most of the time you are in a ferry going to different towns and villas, then staying in a larger town with a small nightlife was preferable.

It is on the 1st floor (one floor up from the ground floor)..so you are part of the activity of the square below if your windows are open. It gets very busy and loud but if you keep the windows shut, it was fine. The windows are pretty insulated. There is no place to put the soap or shampoo in the shower or next to the sink. Put a teacup next to the sink to keep the soap in...but its not a big deal. It really was the best bathroom we had on the entire trip:)

Clean and modern. At excelent location and the view to plaza/mountains was calming.
