Apartamento con encanto en Granada, La Zubia

Appartement très agréable. Il ne manquait rien. À proximité de beaucoup de belles choses à visiter.

Great location for easy access to Granada via bus services. Well equipped spacious apartment with clear instructions on usage and access.

Spacious and clean apartment with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering. Comfy sofa and enormous TV. Mountain view from the kitchen and living room windows. Host was very easy to get hold of and provided plenty of information with regards to the keys and directions.

The lack of parking spaces available outside the property. And what really spoilt for us was the pungent smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout, but in particular in the bedroom, which someone had tried to mask with a plug in air freshener in every room, which made it worse. As non smokers we found this disgusting, especially as it is advertised as a non smoking apartment.

So many, many positives to list! First, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking pans, etc. Second, there are directions for the bus to get you into Granada easily. That sure saves the driving and parking! Third, the parking here is easy and close by. We loved this wonderful place!

Comfortable bed Cosy smallish lounge Big TV with Netflix Internet speed truly exceptional Bedding and towels clean The area around us felt safe and peaceful The shops were close by Bus stops close by . We got the 275 back from Granada . The saving grace was the comfortable bed with memory foam mattress and the huge TV right in front of a comfy sofa .we were also glad of the oil heaters and electric fan in the bathroom ! The host had tried to leave as many items in the bathroom as someone may need whilst staying, even down to sanitary wear which was thoughtful of them .

Oven /hob tripped constantly . Water pressure in the shower just awful . Top surface clean ,yet dusty inside throughout . Ceiling lights in lounge have years of built up dust on them . The whole feel was like we were staying at grandad's house with all his old cooking utensils ...yet modern decor mingled in too . The off-white grey towels didn't go down a treat but they were clean at least. We felt oppressed in the flat to be honest. We wouldn't book it again unfortunately . It's a pity. as there were many good things about it too . At least you get a bedroom ,lounge ,bathroom. Kitchen with facilities . For us the bathroom and kitchen facilities let it down the most and the feeling of dust .

The apartment itself was beautiful. It was also spotless and very cozy. The host was super helpful.

Very well maintained spacious and comfortable apartment. Tourist brochures inside the apartment were very helpful. Five minute walk to bus stop for trip to Granada.

If have to say anything maybe brighter lights in living area.

His responsiveness was remarkable; he always promptly replied to my messages, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was impressed by its cleanliness and meticulous organization. It truly had everything one could possibly need, from fully stocked kitchen supplies to cozy rooms with all the amenities. I immediately felt at ease, as if I had found a home away from home. The location of the building is another highlight. Situated near everything in La Zubia, it offers convenience without sacrificing tranquility. Just steps away, there's a charming community square nestled among trees, where one can unwind and enjoy the refreshing city air. Overall, the energy of the apartment resonated with warmth and comfort, thanks to Daniel's attention to detail and hospitality…My stay was truly memorable
