"Great. Suited our needs but property needs some maintenance."

Location and layout. Great communication. Comfortable beds.

Needs some maintenance. Windows and doors need some work. Massive gap at top of wooden front door and aluminium doors onto balcony are very fiddly - difficult to lock once open. Some of the wooden boards on balcony are loose too. Need nailed down.

"Decent location but quite pricey."

Convenient property location, although access to the car park entailed 20 minutes in a traffic jam which seems to be there daily.

Was very stormy and blustery the night we stayed - would have been nice to be able to light the gas fire in the living room - there is quite a chill comes off the glass doors onto the patio.
