Property was close to all the amenities and the main street.

The "breakage deposit" is disguised for cleaning and not actually breakage. I would suggest that you adjust your price accordingly to ensure that people actually have a holiday where they don't have to clean after themselves. Cleaning shouldn't be an extra cost. Just my opinion...
