房东收取了我100欧元住宿押金 我按链接支付了 结果退房之后三日告诉我 我把客房的沙发损坏了 拒绝退还我的押金 我要求房东出示证据证明我入住之前的沙发照片 房东不能提供 随即房东说可以退还50欧元的押金 我没有回复只是问房东要证据 过了几天 房东把同意退还我50欧元押金的对话记录删除了 但是我已经截图保存了 从1.28号到今天 房东没有任何回复！平台客服也只是让我不停的提供各种资料 收据 账单！ 平台客服前几天回邮件说 如果房东48小时内不回复 平台将在48小时内退还我50欧元的押金 结果也不算数了！ 到现在问题根本没人给解决！！！太烂了！ 大家都不要入住这家民宿！！！

Naturally an Apartment in the Old Part of the City. The address is not so easy to find. I don’t think I find anything positive about it.

Well, old and damp, it wasn’t ready when we arrived even though we were lost for quite a while, dirty with even hairs in the sinks and showers… The beds weren’t even prepared… In fact, the linens were still in the washer-dryer, in some cases we had to organize them ourselves. Little information and the parking costs almost as much as the apartment itself… The kitchen was dirty, full of dust, you can tell nobody has cared about it in a long time… The refrigerator even had old opened products… simply a disaster. Booking should organize itself to weed out those apartments that meet a minimum standard… There are some cases where the apartments shouldn’t be for families but rather designed for young people who come to enjoy the nightlife… I think this apartment fits this description very well.

A lovely flat with well-equipped kitchen, storage spaces and many mirrors. The bedroom was well-lit, looked clean and had nice carpets. Also, the location is great, close to the central station, the old town, as well as a supermarket and has great public transport links.

The communication with the accommodation was quite stressful and we had to make multiple calls. Also, while the flat was clean, there were many ants.
