The property is very stylish and elegant - the building itself, the lobby and especially the pool, which although not very big is much nicer than the pools of the "famous" hotels. The apartment feels new and is in good state. The location isn't perfect but still convenient. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, so you have a sideways view of the sea, which is very nice. It's about a 15 minutes walk to the main promenade, mostly walking along the beach. There is a good daytime restaurant just below the hotel (Halev Harachav) and a very nice 24-hour kiosk next door.

The room is just one open space, while we expected some kind of separation from the description - there is mention of a "living room" and "bedroom". The flat isn't that well furnished: there is minimal furniture (no dresser, just one basic closet); in the kitchen, there is no sharp knife, no kitchen towel, nowhere to dry plates, I don't think there was a microwave, no coffee machine for capsules, very primitive Nescafe. The communication with the owner wasn't great, especially before entry - we asked some questions (what's in the apartment? Can we check in a bit earlier?) but nobody answered, and in fact they only contacted us at 15:30 when check-in is at 15:00, i.e. we wouldn't have been able to enter if we had been there at 15:00. So we didn't get an impression of attentiveness, although none was needed in our case. Finally, finding a parking is non-trivial, you need to look around a bit.

The owner is nice and easygoing. The room has everything you need to make breakfast or lunch, plus a beautiful view of the sea and a balcony. It's a really good deal.
