No sigle good thing.

Hotel denied to provide stay to us. We have shown them the booking.com confirmation mail. But still they refused to provide us stay at hotel. Last moment I have to struggle to search another hotel for my family. I was having my 3 & half year kids with me. I reached hotel DV INNS FARMVILLA with my family. But their staff was so rude they denied to provide stay. Worst hotel ever. I will suggest booking. Com should take strict actions against this hotel. Also unlist such worst hotels from your list.

Location is very near to 3 temples - panchganga, mahabaleshwar temple, krishnai temple, Strawberry farms

Parking is not there. Staff was very unprofessional and food is rarely available. Basic items within room were missing. TVs not working.

"No security, poor staff behaviour"

location

staff behaviour was poor and safety, security was not there. Night time someone knocked window and made noise , rang door bell multiple time. they were doing light turn on/off from outside. this all things happened at the middle of night. it was not at all safe and secure.
