Good location . Out side of property dirty disgusting mess. Like a slum expected better. Inside clean ish. Decorating and DIY not good who everer as done it it is an unfinished mess. Looked like started paniting ceiling in lounge don't think they no what masking tape is. Oh yes they did it all round light in bedroom. Bedroom window misted up. Bath room floor had rubber bath mates under rug not a good look.. Windows on landing not good. Kitchen ok clean . Wouldn't stop again

"it's not 5* but not 5* price either, be prepared for 3 flights of stairs"

Great location for us as we were at a horse show at Aintree racecourse, ample parking even for our horse box

Couldn't get the tv to work at all unless I logged into my own accounts on itvx etc
