The size of the unit.

I had to answer 10+ questions before I got the key. I had to Zelle payment to the host. No credit card payments. I walked in to the unit & it was over 95 degrees. I had to leave and come back hours later for it to be cooled down. There was a huge cockrouch in the unit & yes I have a picture. The unit had no internet & no TV. Then the next day when I woke up, there was no electricity. I was not able to make a cup of coffee or anything. This is propably the worst unit I have ever rented. I wrote the owner & expressed I was very disappointed & they didnt even ask what the reason or issues were..

La empleada mal educada,me trató súper mal con mensajes ofensiva,me corto la luz un día antes de la salida la playa tuve que pagar 70 dolares para entrar,me acuso de desaparecer una plancha de ropa , pero super mal todo

The Cana Beach Club excellent. $35 entrance and $ 30 back on food and Beverage it was stunning within the complex.

2 Bed 2 Bathrooms lounge kitchen and small outside space which had a pool very clean condors around. I recommended to the host today that if a 6 person property needs a nicer outdoor furniture to relax. Also a printed book with details of the area and property. When arrived no towels loo rolls soap etc but Vanessa sorted straight away. Be careful as A/C electricity is not included. Vanessa did advise us what’s the best think to do to conserve. Hard Rock hotel is hotel on the complex but very expensive for a day pass.
