"A gem in the centre of Livorno."

It had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. It was clean and well equipped. The balcony was stunning with roof top views. The bed was so large and comfortable. Bars and shops nearby and bus stop right outside door. Matteo was very helpful and responsive.

Last set of stairs with heavy luggage.
