Cozy Studio Private Terrace - fiber Wi-Fi & Netflix

It is a very practical studio at a great location. The washing Machine is definetly a plus!

It was really poorly isolated, at a certain point, it felt like the whole Block was in our room... really really loud! And a bit too expensive, there were a lot of extra costs..

The appartment is ideally located if you do not wish to stay in the old town, which is a 10 minute walk along the beachfront. There are good facilities in the immediate area including a very good bar/cafe/restuarant 'Restaurant Modogar' just a few steps away, and easy access to Carrefour if needed, although most items can be bought locally. The appartment is a single room plus bathroom and the addition of the small terrace provides an additional relaxed place for seating. The appartment was exceptionally clean, has most of the essentials required for cooking, and the security is very good. There is a busy doctor's business on the same floor but this does not generate any disturbance outside normal hours so is not a problem. I would have no hestitation in booking this appartment again on my next visit.

Nothing of any importance, the only minor thing I found was the lackof soup/cereal bowls and cooking spatula/spoon - was easily remedied by local purchase.

The studio is clean and maybe 25 steps to the beach and surrounded with stores and some restaurants

The bathroom is small as you can take a shower while wetting other stuff like your towel or clothes. Also the toilet seat is almost stuck to the sink. The building is kinda commercial building where you have offices neighbors so expect some noise in the mornings. Also something that I still didn't understand which is 200dh not Included in the price that you'll have to pay in place for the use of the terrasse, a terrasse that has no view and a table with two chairs that you'll probably use only once. And if you want to check in after 10pm you'll have to pay another 200 for being late 🤷

The apartment was small but we'll equipped.

We found the apartment very noisy - there is a doctor's surgery next door. There was lots of movement at night time too which meant a light came on frequently. The bathroom was very small so shower water spread widely. The terrasse quickly became dirty and we didn't use it...

This Apartment was fantastic. Modern, clean and very well equipped. Having a washing machine was amazingly useful. The shower being a wet room made rinsing off sandy sandals after beach strolls super easy. The smart TV is excellent. The location is phenomenal, with corner shops, fast food shops with excellent burgers, a superb patisserie and a alcohol shop litterally on the street outside and the beach being a 1 minute stroll from your front door. There is also an Italian place called Gusto located on the next street over serving Michelin standard food. I cannot rate this Apartment highly enough. I would stay again without hesitation. It's also equipped for all seasons as it has blankets in the wardrobe for keeping warm on cold nights, though we didn't experience that in June. All in all, 10/10.
