I don't like the security guy..he is recommended one foreigner guy to find the homestay, the guy foreigner drinking alcohol and tell price so higher..then I cancel with the guy, I find it at booking.com so cheap the price home stay

This is a nice unit in Feringhi. Clean & spacious. The owner Bryan was very accomodating & responsive. Close to restaurants & nice market

we love to stay at this apartment ，very roomy for our family of 5，use of kitchen and washing machine and dryer was great。clean and tidy. Great facilities such as swimming pool and gym, security guard. Across from restaurant, fire show, and the beach. We absolutely love it. Thanks Bryan Tee

The beach is just right on the corner my family and children were fully enjoyed. The house was clean and comfortable with very helpful host Mr Tee for smooth check in. Concludsion satisfactory.

The property itself is great. It is nicely located across the beach. It has a nice swimming pool and underground carpark. The apartments are large enough for 4 people and can be comfortable when you have a clean and well equipped one.

A lot... When we arrived the host brought us to a room that didn't look like the one we booked. She called her boss and he explained that he could not give us the apartment because of a leaking airconditioning. We asked to see and watch for ourselves. He refused to show us and said that we are free to cancel the booking. It appeared that the unit we booked was occupied by somebody else, but instead of admitting it, he kept on pushing telling us to cancel and look for something else. We decided to keep the unit as we had a long trip behind us and were tired. The unit he gave us had a broken microwave over, a washing machine with issues, a dryer that was broken. There was not enough kitchenware: 2 wine glasses and 3 coffee mugs, while we are 4 persons. We asked for glasses and someone brought 3 coffee mugs. The unit we booked was supposed to have beach and pool view, but he gave us the one with mosque and city view. The sound coming from the mosque can be very loud at night. The following day they told us that they had a better unit for us, but with one broken airconditioning. It was a unit with pool and beach view which was exactly what we booked. The guests just checked out and if we decided immediately, he could move there. We checked and agreed to move. When the cleaning team was done, they gave a short 20 minute window to move apartments otherwise they would give it to someone else. We just ran out to grab lunch and needed to rush our kids in the heat of the day to get the keys and move everything. It appeared afterwards that there were no other guests and that it was just pressure tactics. In a nutshell, be aware that there are multiple providers (real estate agents) offering units in this building. This one was not nice to deal with.
