My mom in my family doesn’t like the place in the building is too high

It’s far place where I want to go in also the building is to high

The facility staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were beautiful. The condominium complex is a short walk to the SM mall. There is a gym and basketball court as well as a kids play area. There are nice restaurants nearby. The view from the balconies or roof top deck is great! The lobby is quite nice with seating and tables and has a small coffee shop and food place.

The shower curtain was moldy. Mold growing on bathroom sink. The cookware was in very poor condition, loose handles, dents, non-stick coating all worn off and chipping. The chairs on the bedroom balcony were rotting and unusable. No toilet paper or soap provided. No kitchen towels to dry dishes. Dull kitchen knives. The local mosque wakes up the whole neighborhood with a 4am call to prayer over a loudspeaker, so be prepared to wake up at 4am every day.
