Central position. Lots lovely little touches such as sweets and little toy on bed of room our granddaughter staying in Even the range of teas coffees there was decaf tea and oat milk. Just really thoughtful down to personalised welcome message

Very clean, well equipped, easy access process, location in the centre of town, double glazing made it quiet, excellent welcome pack.

The building is lovely. The apartment was clean, spacious, and so welcoming. Perfect amount of communication by Host and so many lovely add-ons throughout. I would definitely recommend it.

The location of the property was excellent clean and comfortable. The amount of tea and coffee exceeded our expectations. The little extra touches made us feel special. I would certainly use this property again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We'll done

What a fabulous apartment in a perfect spot for Clitheroe shops, bars and restaurants. It was immaculate and the beds were really comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and a nice large shower. Claudia was excellent with communication and left lots of lovely touches like toiletries, chocolate, milk and orange juice which was much appreciated. Nearby overnight parking was only a couple of minutes walk. Really enjoyed Clitheroe with lots of lovely independent shops. Holmes Mill is great for drinks, food, bowling and cinema. Loads of nice bars and restaurants too.

Comfy quarters and central location.Clean and very quiet.

Found it hard to find where locked key box was.Even enlisted the help of a local and he was baffled. Finally got there but perhaps a heads up on info ,say….next door to the hair dressers.Sorry can’t remember what they called themselves.

This fantastic first floor flat is in the perfect town centre setting, with ample parking nearby. Inside we were greeted with a cheery welcome message and a generous selection of refreshments & nibbles. There was plenty of room for my family of four (including two six foot 5 boys!) - two good sized double bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and a comfy living/dining room. Everything had been considered, such as ironing facilities, a large mirror near a plug socket (my personal bugbear!), extra bedding etc. Also a great power shower makes all the difference. Little extras like a selection of mini toiletries in each room and chocolates on the pillows (I think they were on the pillows - my boys swooped in and ate them before I could see!) made us feel like VIPs on holiday. Claudia was a wonderful host - excellent, friendly communication prior to our arrival, and easy to get hold of when we needed help. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if ever back in the area - Thank you so much Claudia x

Claudia, the owner of the flat, filled it with pleasant surprises 😮 There was personal shower gel for each visitor, toothpaste, mouthwash even pillow spray for each bed. The fridge was stocked with milk and juice. We were staying there for my daughter's wedding and I am not sure if that influenced the beer and prosecco, but I was really touched by the box of confetti 🎊!

The property is lovely. Has all you need and the owner has gone above and beyond with little extras. Location is great and it was spotless clean.
