"Great experience"

The apartment is spatious, clean, comfortable, greatly equipped, with nice view, in the city center and near the night food market.

There was usually queue for the lifts, we then started to go down on foot.

Extrem gute Lage und ein phantastischer Blick auf den Hafen das Meer und die Inseln. Sehr sauber und geräumig, gutes Bett.

Bei der Ausstattung der Küche gibt es echt noch Luft nach oben. Ein Toaster, eine Saftpresse und ein Schneidebrett, sowie einige Wassergläser wären für den Anfang ganz nett.

"Комфортное и уютное жилье в центре города"

Очень удобная локация, все рядом, в пешей доступности рынки, причал откуда отправляются лодки на острова, торговые центры! прекрасный вид из окна на рыбацкий порт. Сами апартаменты уютные, всё необходимое для пребывания есть в наличии, также есть хороший вайфай!

Плохая шумо изоляция, ночью слышно как гудят мотоциклы под окнами! И телевизор немного маленький)))

The property is complete with all amenities, and below have a lot of place to eat/walking distance to all the shopping center and jetty.

the lift of the building really bad. and i can smell urine smell when i entered the studio. i suggest the owner to find the cause. the smell gone once we started open aircond/fan for ventilation.

Очень понравились апартаменты! Чисто, красиво. Новая мебель и современный дизайн. Всё удобно, всё необходимое есть. Вид красивый - у нас была угловая квартира с видом на море с балкона и на город с окон. Местоположение идеальное для центра, рядом с рынками, магазинами и набережной.

Бассейн не оправдал ожидания. Видовой бассейн принадлежит отелю и в него не пройти. В бассейне от апартаментов очень много детей и шумно. Ещё есть проблемы с лифтами, они перегружены и дождаться пустой долго. Иногда пропадает вода в кране непредсказуемо, нужно иметь стакан с водой под рукой когда чистишь зубы.
