Great location close to all the amenities. The apartment was modern and spacious, with a washing machine and a small kitchen area. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely helpful whenever I had questions. I would thoroughly recommend The Shore as a place to stay.

We were told there was a pump issue with the swimming pool, but based on the condition of the pool, it appeared it hadn’t been in operational use for some time. It was a shame.

Instructions were very clear and using a door code to get in on the first day was very easy. The view from our room was amazing, the pictures were exactly what we had in the room. It was very spacious and well maintained. The location was excellent, right on the waterfront and near a supermarket.

The bed was very firm and a little too uncomfortable for us to sleep well, but we experienced this in quite a few places in Borneo and the view here made up for it. We didn't expect not to be able to cook or use the stovetop in the room which was locked. The fridge, microwave and kettle in the kitchen were all great.

The accommodation was well equipped and was a great relief to be somewhere clean and comfortable, the washing machine was very welcome.

One of the rooms down the hall had low battery and so for three days we heard the low battery alert every few minutes.

Great apartment! Comfortable beds and good amenities such as washing machine, kettle, fridge, tv with Netflix etc. Seems newly renovated, wasn’t run down as some of these sort of hotel apartments can be at times.

Wait can be long for the elevators and pool was very cloudy
