Cleaness. Nice, modern design. Separate, rather spacious bedrooms on the 2nd floor. All basic amenities were present (including a coffee machine). Excellent wood heated sauna. Calm, green neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor illumination during nighttime. Friendly, welcoming and polite host, ready to assist, if you need any help. All instructions regarding checking-in and accomodation were sent in a timely and accurate manner. Several grocery stores in a 2 minute walk distance.

Would recommend to bring your own water for cooking/drinking.

Property has separate bedrooms which is hard to find in LV, Sauna and jacuzzi is a big bonus, very easy to find through google maps. Available games and speakers at the property which is ideal. Very close to Riga which is another bonus as don't have to get up too early for the flight.

The property was very clean and specious. Lots to do for couples and families with kids. It had a swimming pool, hot tub, trampoline for the kids and a barbecue. Everything you need for a great stay. We have so enjoyed our stay at the Semo guest house and would definitely recommend it to others. Would definitely be coming back again and again.

Would recommend to have few extra bowls specifically for salads
