Cleanliness. Great communication from the hosts. Fantastic location. The check in instructions were great. A lot of effort had been put in to make sure the property was clean and tidy for when we arrived. There were thoughtful touches as well to welcome us like bathroom shower gel and shampoo. The towels we clean, dry and smelling fresh and in our rooms. The beds were made really well and the bed linen was very clean and fresh. The property is very spacious and was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were really clean. We had a great space for dining, a lovely garden and plenty of space for us all. There is a huge lounge area to relax. Great views from the rooms, great location for Mission Bay and Auckland CBD. A beautiful property and we were very comfortable there. We have no complaints. We'd love to stay again.

One small detail was the front door not working properly but a guy came around and looked at it within a couple days and it didn't affect our stay at all.

Location was good.room sizes were good.

Oven all in German, could not operate it or change it. Kitchen essentials very poor. No bowls, no microwave bowls, std glasses, can opener, dishwash liquid or brush,no tidy bags. Only 5 knives an forks. 2 teaspoons. No broom, vacuum or hair-dryer. No ironing board or iron.no clothes dryer or drying rack. Heated towel rail in main bathroom did not work. Downstairs shower drain blocked. No arrival instructions given, had to phone. Received 2 days later by email. No remote for electric gate.
