MAGNÍFICO APARTAMENTO - primera línea de mar

Zentrale Lage direkt an der Promenade, direkter Strandzugang. Der Meerblick einfach fantastisch! Wir haben schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen bzw. Ferienhäusern übernachtet, so gut war noch keine ausgestattet. Um nur mal ein paar wenige Dinge aufzuzählen: Designerküche, 4 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Küchenmaschine, Gewürze, sogar ein Weinkühlschrank gab es, schönes Geschirr. Jede Form an Gläsern. Wenn man gerne selber kocht, es ist wirklich alles da! Waschmaschine und Trockner, bis hin zu beleuchteten Kleiderschränken mit genügend Stauraum. Das komplette Equipment für den Strand. Stühle, Schirm, Handtücher.Kinderspielzeug. Alles hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Für uns wichtig: Gute Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns vor Ort begrüßt haben.

Man muss wissen, dass der Ort am Wochenende ziemlich voll wird und es dann an der Promenade abends und auch nachts etwas lauter werden kann. Wir waren im Juni da, unter der Woche war es sehr viel ruhiger auch am Strand.

Tolle Lage an der Strandzeile, autofreie Zone, lebendige Stadt. Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung, toller Aussicht und alles sehr sauber. Problem mit Heizung (März) wurde innerhalb einer Stunde gelöst.

DiecBilder täuschen nicht: top Appartement direkt am Meer, keine Straße vir oder hinter dem Haus! Sehr netter Empfang vom Hausherrn. Wohnzimmer mit allen Anehmlichkeiten wie zu Hause (TV / WLAN 1a). Küche sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet, erstklassige Elektrogeräte, alles blitzsauber. Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei, insbesondere im Bad! Dusche sauber und gepflegt. Schlafzimmer mit geräumigen Schranken. Wir waren zu Zweit, dh Platz im Übermaß. Zu viert ebenfalls kein Problem (2 Bäder sind vorhanden). Dss 3. Schlafzimmer hat ausklappbare Betten - dann ist das Zimmer sehr klein.

Die tolle Lage des Appartements bedeutet, dass man nicht mit seinem Auto vorfahren kann. Also das Anschleppen vom Gepäck berücksichtigen. Unsere beiden Fahrräder haben wir im Hausflur abgestellt - wurden aber gebeten sie zu entfernen. Also Auto aus der Garage und die Räder dorthin.

Great location, beautiful apartment. Very high end specifications. Beautiful design. Everything you could need. The balcony is just a few metres from the sea. Perfect place to relax and lots of restaurants at your door step.

Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, supermarket, ice cream and churros! Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, towels, shovels and even a raft! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, didn't mind our flight was delayed. Met us with keys and showed us all around the apartment. Gorgeous views!

Uno de los mejores alojamientos que he visitado, perfectamente equipado, a la cocina no le faltaba detalle. Amplio y con una terraza y vistas perfectas. Tiene una panaderia y varios restaurantes justo abajo

Everything you need to feel home is in the apartment. Well equipped and new. Wry spacious and great breathtaking view from the living room and balcony. Situated in the prime location of Calafell, everything you need for a family stay is in walkable distance. The restaurants recommended by Jaume(owner) were excellent. He was very kind and welcomed us with a nice wine bottle and explained everything about the house in detail. Enough towels in the bathrooms, loaded kitchen, washing machine, dryer, blenders, coffee machine, kids beach play toys, etc. Whatever you need for a good vacation stay, it’s available in the apartment. Private parking walkable distance from the house is perfect if you have a car. Overall it was a great apartment and nice owner. Made our stay memorable.

Would have been nice if the checkout time is little bit later around 12:00. But Jaume was kind enough and allowed us to stay until 10:30 instead of hard stop at 10:00.

Everything! The location, the security, the interior and contents were all fabulous. The hosts were amazing, they were available if we needed anything and the quality of the service they provided as well as the quality and design of the apartment was impeccable. I’m sure we will be back in the future!!!
