Very spacious apartment, good communication with the hosts, central location.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable and small for 2 persons, the apartment could use a small renovation.

The apt was clean but it is badly needing maintained - after each stay someone should be there to touch up paint jobs etc - provide a kettle - get new pieces of furniture as various badly need upgraded - sort out mould issues as lot of rooms are internal - this property could be perfect for young student types not people like us aged 50-70 clean but very basic - did not live up to the photos on your site !!!!!! We have had to take our own photos to confirm our complaints - the large shower we had to place a towel on base when having shower to prevent us slipping - the curtain rail in our bedroom was coming away from wall - again maintance! Light fittings broken - the lounge is internal any not at all welcoming to sit in - suggest you put bunk beds in that room and use one of the front bedrooms as a lounge area - mentioned the terrible entrance and was told they were not responsible - i disagree as again maintenance could tidy the terrible plaster problems on walls only on their property area don't expect them to do the whole building but as we know first impressions count !!!!! The plus point is the location is good thats were it stops - we had stayed in apts in santander booked through booking.com and they were fantastic how can a company get it so wrong - the bathroom cabin in the large bathroom has the laminate discoloured and breaking off - the toilet bin needs replaced and the saniflow leaked - I (we) would not recommend these apartment

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet auch bei vier Personen ausreichend Platz. Zwei gut nutzbare Badezimmer sowie ein kleines Wohnzimmer sind vorhanden. Außerdem 4 einzelne Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten. Technisch hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich und zuverlässig. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung funktional und zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist super in der Altstadt gelegen.

Trotz Renovierung sind bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Der sehr kühle, weiße Stil mit kaltweißer Beleuchtung wirkt wenig gemütlich. In einem Zimmer standen Bild und Kopfteil des Bettes neben dem Schrank statt an der Wand, wodurch der Raum eher wie eine Abstellkammer wirkte. Die Betten sind teilweise deutlich durchgelegen und bieten nur eingeschränkten Schlafkomfort. In der Küche stehen lediglich drei Stühle zur Verfügung. Hausschuhe oder Willkommensgeschenke, wie sie auf Fotos dargestellt werden, sollte man nicht erwarten.

The house is all new on the inside. All rooms have heaters. The kitchen is well equiped. The host is very communicative. The location is good, there are restaurants and metro near by.

The building is falling apart on the inside. The other people on the building made a lot of noise running in the house. We heard a lot of noise on the weekend coming from the street.
