Please note that Remisens Casa Bel Moretto is the annexe building of the Remisens Hotel Metropol. The 24-hour front desk is located at the Remisens Premium Hotel Metropol, where all the meals are served. Please note that children over 11 years old cannot be accommodated in family rooms or suites with an extra bed at the stated price. They will be accommodated at an additional cost. Please refer to the Children and extra bed section. Parking is subject to availability. If there are spaces available, parking is free of charge in March, April and November. From May 1 to October 31, parking costs EUR 25,00 per day per vehicle. Before entering the garage, please contact the reception to check availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Frühstück, Personal, Indoor Pool etc wirklich ausgezeichnet!

Zimmer waren okay,

Parkplatz 15,00 unmöglich Auto war von den Möven komplett zu gekackt...was sehr unschön war. Frühstück ist nicht mehr das was man die letzten Jahre zuvor bekommen hat. Rührei war schon 9.00 kalt. Massage Buchung hat 0 geklappt Saß umsonst da...wurde vom Termin nicht eingehalten. Es gab wirklich nachgelassen. Schade..waren jetzt das 4.Mal da....wir werden erstmal pausieren

Großes Frühstücksbuffet - allerdings wenige gesunde Optionen und jeden Tag gleich. Hatten ein Problem mit dem ersten Zimmer und nach Reklamation wurde uns ein neues zugeteilt.

Zu klein dimensionierte Walk-in Dusche (Wasser steht nach jeder Dusche); Achten Sie beim Parkplatz darauf gleich nach der Rechnung zu fragen und diese einzulegen - bei uns hieß es, dass es nicht notwendig sei, weil der Parkplatz videoüberwacht ist und sie sich das Schild notiert haben und am Folgetag wollte uns ein anderer nochmal den Betrag in Rechnung stellen

Speisesaal und Terasse waren sehr schön

Beim Frühstück gab es kein Vollkornbrot, der Parkplatz ist sehr klein, unbewacht und muss extra bezahlt werden, der Weg von Bel Moretto bis zum Haupthaus könnte schöner gestaltet sein
