Niestety, pobyt w tym apartamentowcu bardzo nas rozczarował. Byliśmy na miejscu z rodziną i poziom obsługi biura był zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań. Apartament był zakurzony i sprawiał wrażenie zaniedbanego, a sam budynek jest wyraźnie stary. Obsługa biura była nieuprzejma i nie udzielała jasnych oraz klarownych informacji dotyczących procedury zdania kluczy. Przed wyjazdem skontaktowałem się z obsługą za pośrednictwem strony Booking.com z prośbą o przekazanie szczegółowych instrukcji, ponieważ wylatywaliśmy w nocy i nie mieliśmy możliwości oddania kluczy w biurze. Na tę wiadomość nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Wobec braku kontaktu poinformowałem przez Booking.com, że zostawiamy klucze w lobby u konsjerża. Po powrocie do Polski otrzymałem jednak bardzo nieprzyjemny telefon, podczas którego zostałem oskarżony o niewłaściwe zachowanie. Rozmówca był nieuprzejmy, straszył mnie konsekwencjami oraz obciążeniem kosztami dorabiania kluczy, które rzekomo ktoś mógł zabrać — mimo że budynek jest zamykany. Z uwagi na brak czystości, niemiłą obsługę oraz sposób traktowania gości zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca. W okolicy znajduje się wiele znacznie lepszych apartamentowców przy plaży. Sam na pewno już tu nie wrócę. Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment building was very disappointing. We were staying with our family and the level of service provided by the office was far below expectations. The apartment was dusty and poorly maintained, and the building itself is clearly very old. The office staff were rude and failed to provide clear and reliable information regarding the key return procedure. Before our departure, I contacted the property via Booking.com asking for detailed instructions, as we were leaving at night and could not return the keys to the office. This message was not answered. Due to the lack of response, I informed the property via Booking.com that we would leave the keys with the concierge in the lobby.

Right on Levante beach, views were brilliant, very comfortable sofas and beds, clean, the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking if needed. Smart tv, Netflix etc; swimming pool with sun loungers, air-conditioning spot on, right by all the amenities bars, restaurants etc; and the staff response to any maintenance issues.

We initially had problems with one of the toilets and then 3 days into the holiday the hot water stopped working, The Benidorm Booking staff were superb, they responded and sent in maintenance to fix toilet and new boiler, with a member of their team came to oversee work all good, excellent staff, so this is not a negative .

Views and location. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxed beach holiday
