By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as setout. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as setout. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking. To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancelation, nonarrival and damages as setout within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners. All guests agree not to carry out any illegal activity at the property. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost. Where pets are permitted you will need to add these to your booking. Some sites do not allow this, in which case payment will need to be made after booking. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarets, pipes, e-cigarets, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is prohibited within the property. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Where applicable, any use of pool, hot tub, beach, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

We had a lovely stay in The Mumbles last weekend. The property was absolutely spotless – clean, cosy and so inviting from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was very well thought out and had everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was modern and the shower was perfect. The bed linen was fresh and clean, which always makes such a difference. The location is ideal, and as we come to The Mumbles frequently, we were glad we had pre-booked a parking permit – definitely worthwhile given the parking situation locally. The weather wasn’t great, but we were more than happy to light the fire and enjoy a cosy movie night in such a comfortable space.

A wonderful, cozy house with everything you need for your comfort. Warm, cozy, hot water, soft and comfortable bed.

The only inconvenience was the lack of private parking, so I parked my car at the nearest parking lot, which was inconvenient for me, plus there was an additional fee for parking and the prices there were higher than average.

Convenient location, well equipped and very clean & comfortable

Parking. Rather misleading to advertise “free parking” only 2hours! No parking on any streets within a reasonable distance from the house. Parking in long stay £17 for 24 hours( that was the cheapest!) our stay was January the problem would be much worse in summer! Your information should be changed from you can buy parking permit through the host to it is highly recommended that you purchase a parking permit even though it is for a week as parking is extremely difficult in the area. However , even purchasing a permit would not guarantee you a space as the road was extremely busy throughout the day.

Everything was very good , very clean , and excellent communication between the vendors and ourselves.. location was very good and close to the center, but nice and quiet ...

Unfortunately, although the location was excellent , the parking options weren't great, I think that £34 .00 for two nights stay was a bit steep, and although for a lot longer walk at £30, wasn't a great option either , when the property had permitted parking across from the property , and for the price paid I think that needs looking at ?? But, all in all an excellent visit ...

Beautiful house, very comfortable, had everything we needed for a 3 night break, and in a lovely position, just a couple of minutes from beach, shops and places to eat Weather was great as well!! Would definetly come again

"Great location and very smart."

Excellent location very near shops, castle and beach. Quiet. All very smart and clean. Spacious. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good heating. Fairly well equipped spacious kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. (But see below). We booked parking on the road before we arrived; no problem as far as we know. Please advise guests to enter Walters via Newton Rd, as some maps say come the other way…

Lounge seats are hard. Not enough crockery and cutlery. The house sleeps 4 people. Each of those 4 people will have three meals a day. 4 x 3 = 12. For the amount you charge you can easily afford twelve of everything… 12 of all cutlery , plates, mugs, bowls etc. , as these things are cheap. We do not want to keep washing up during the day on holiday! Had some trouble getting the TV to work.

"Wonderful stay"

The house is in a central location, less than a minute from the high Street.The house itself is immaculate, that felt warm and inviting on first entrance. I loved the spacious bathroom with its rain shower! The rest of the house was also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

The only issue was the parking. Mumbles is a small place where a lack of free packing, for non permit holders, is always going to be very restrictive, especially near the high street . The nearest long stay car park is currently limited due to renovations. Instead, we parked at the Underhill car park that costs 25 pounds for 3- 7 days (we stayed for 3 days). The car park is approx 9 minute walk to the house. There are nearer short stay car park alternatives, but they cost more and are in higher demand due to their close proximity to central Mumbles. That being said, you can park for 30 mins, adjacent to the house (you can't return within 2 hours), to unload your vehicle.

"Great house with lovely sea view in a great location"

Lovely house in a fabulous location. The owner was really helpful with sorting out a parking permit for us.

It was a little chilly in the late afternoon / early evening as the heating didn’t seem to come on until quite late. When it did come on however it was lovely and toasty
