"The Whale" new, ac, design, spacious City Centre

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It’s in a great central location, close to the Old Town and other shops and restaurants, plus close to the beach. It’s well insulated and quiet, with little street noise able to be heard. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp, answering all of our questions and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Mikel even went above and beyond to arrange early check in and bag storage at a nearby property after check out. Thank you for the fantastic stay.

We especially appreciated the apartment’s ideal location close to the Old Town, with easy access to local shops and markets, as well as its generous size and well-equipped amenities. The host was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, which enhanced the overall experience. San Sebastián itself is a refined coastal gem, where world-class gastronomy, elegant beaches, and rich Basque culture come together to create an effortlessly memorable stay.

We genuinely couldn’t find anything to fault with the apartment—it exceeded our expectations in every respect, from its comfort and cleanliness to its thoughtful amenities and excellent location, making our stay seamless, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Es un apartamento chulisimo, reformado y decorado con muy buen gusto en pleno corazón de San Sebastián. Nos ha encantado. Hemos estado genial. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Hay parking a 5 minutos andando.

A beautify, spacious property, easy access from the street with an elevator to assist, central to everything. Three bedrooms, two baths, and a full kitchen: this is a very well done and maintained property. While we never met our host in person he was most responsive (nearly instantaneous) to our text messages, our host assisted us in many ways.

Water temperature in the large bathroom shower was problematic, neither of us could figure out the magic to keep it from drifting between hot and cold. I am sure this will soon be fixed but in the meantime one can get by using only the wand.

Our family had an amazing time in this wonderful apartment, centrally-located in San Sebastian. The apartment looks recently renovated with all high-quality furniture, beddings, bathroom fixtures and everything that you can possibly need in a rental property. The host was very responsive and provided us with all the instructions necessary for our stay. My kids loved the coziness of the place and the great sleep they had on their beds. Restaurants and the city attractions can be reached by walking and the car park is even just 3 minutes away from the property, in case you need to go in and out of the city. This place is amazing and we already are looking forward to our next trip back to The Whale in San Sebastian.

Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de San Sebastián, tout se fait à pied 🚶‍♂️🌆 Très spacieux et propre, avec trois chambres et deux salles de bain, parfait pour un séjour confortable 🏡✨ Literie parfaite : deux lits jumeaux et un grand lit king size, on y dort très bien 😴👌 Check-in assez simple, avec une très bonne communication via WhatsApp 👍📱 Sinon, tout était parfait, je recommande sans hésiter 😊

Seul petit bémol : l’eau chaude de la douche qui varie parfois de température 🚿
