The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all rubbish; otherwise, a EUR 150 waste management fee will be applied. En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y 75 € fuera de ese horario. Las nuevas llaves deberán recogerse en nuestra oficina por parte del huésped.
