"Perfect short stay hideaway which was very comfortable and cosy."

9.0

Very comfortable and cosy. There were so many lovely touches such as the fresh eggs, pots of jam and marmalade, milk and butter in the fridge, bread and cereal, as well as tea and everyday essentials. The wheel barrow provided made it easy to get all my stuff up to the property from the car park in one go. Lovely winding through the garden past sculptures to get to the property. Directions for the property made it very easy to find. great dog walk immediately opposite the property.

Would have been nice to have had fresh coffee rather than instant.

"Excellent value for money with a personal touch which made a change."

Lucy and Fred, the dogs and the chickens were all very friendly. Loved the quirkiness of the house. Great welcome pack with home made bread was a lovely touch. Very eco-minded too.

"Perfect!"

10.0

It was perfect! Fred and Lucy were both lovely and welcoming, and it was great to meet the dogs and the chickens (and the cat, very briefly, who was on an important mission and wasn't ready to socialise). The instructions we were sent in advance made it very easy to find the location and Fred and the chickens were waiting to greet us. The accommodation itself was lovely - small but contained everything we could have needed with milk and breakfast items provided and the world's most comfortable bed! We had a lovely meal in the Tale of Spice in the village, took part in a local parkrun and walked up to the Pewsey White Horse. There's a co-op nearby, or plenty of shops and restaurants in nearby Marlborough.

Nothing! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
