General The pool has no lifeguard. It is a self-regulated site. It is therefore vital that all users read and understand the rules below. We reserve the right to ban any residents who are not following the rules set out below. Pool Rules 1. Children under 16 yrs must be supervised by a parent/guardian (over 18 yrs) in the water. 2. All children who are non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult (who can swim) on the pool patio. 3. Do not swim alone. 4. Do not prop open any doors leading to the outside. 5. Never let people into the pool who are not in your party, especially unsupervised children. 6. The child safe pool cover must be closed when the pool is not in use or adults are not present 7. Pool cover key must be kept in the coded lock box, never disclose the code to children in your party. 8. Food and drink is not permitted in the pool and surrounding patio area. 9. Strictly no diving or jumping in, the pool is only 3.9 feet deep, there is no deep end 10. There are external security cameras present for guest safety which must not be disabled 11. No flippers allowed or large inflatables (lilos, dingys for example). 12. Inflatable balls only, no hard balls. 13. Infants must wear aqua nappies. 14. Health and safety rules must be obeyed. 15. Pool used strictly at users own risk. 16. Pool is available for the use of residents only, not their guests. 17. Report any issues immediately. 18. On your day of departure please be aware that you must vacate the property by 11am. This includes the pool facility also. Other points are the Pool • Length: 25 feet, width: 11 feet • Depth 3.9 feet No shallow end • Full climate control • Heated to 29°C. We reserve the right to close the pool at any time for maintenance purposes. Get a Pool Cover Keysafe Code Pool Rules will be sent via email for signature – complete and return to us to receive code for entering the pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
