Everything it was dirty bedding was dirty sheets pillow and pillow cases marks on bed and walls foul smell from toilet no tv windows were dirty very poor should be investigated

Very dirty apartment with very bad odour. Poorly furnished and choking smell of food everywhere. Dirty bathroom and toilet.

Wasn't given access details in a timely manner. I had to source alternative accommodation.

My experience in this flat was deeply disappointing. The location does not correspond at all to the photos presented in the ad. Upon arrival, I found the apartment dirty, stained and poorly washed bed linen, old and dirty towels, and the bathroom in totally inadequate hygiene conditions. The kitchen, which was supposed to be equipped as shown in the application, had dirty cabinets, no pots, no crockery and no basic utensils. The environment is also extremely noisy, it is possible to hear even the neighbour sleeping, which makes the stay uncomfortable and not at all private. I feel cheated by the presentation of the ad and I believe that this flat should not be rented in the current conditions. I leave this comment so that future guests do not go through the same frustration.
