Didn’t realise there was free parking behind until I was leaving.

Central Location, easily walkable to main area of Reading. The apartment itself was clean and nicely designed.

We picked up our keys and wanted to enter the apartment, but when trying to enter OUR ROOM there was already a lady inside that told us suspiciously that she also had booked this room. We had to contact the apartment support to figure out a solution. They told me that the apartment should not be booked, since then my girlfriend felt frightened because a random stranger the apartment owner also didn’t was aware of stayed in the apartment. They gave us another of their rooms but in total it costs a lot of emotional distress and approx. 30min-1h to get the situation fixed after a day of travel. Not quite the welcoming you expect. The support team told us to let us know about what happened but never received a response. Dishes were dirty, no towel to dry dishes and the water would splash out of shower.

Check in and checkout were quite an inconvenience

The property is very well maintained with all modern amenities. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. The location of the property is just perfect, right in the town center, with access to everything.

The room service needs to be improved. We didn't have many toiletries and other supplies at the time of check in. Although they managed to provide us later. The owners are very polite and helping, but they need to arrange some better house keeping staff.
