This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and 3.5% when you pay with an American Express credit card. A deposit may be required at the property.
